Simply by purchasing a lifetime membership at any of our Sherwood Co-op locations, you can become part owner of a continually growing and thriving community-minded business.

Anyone who is over the age of 16 can become a member. Co-ops have an open membership. Being a Co-op member means that you own a share of a business in your community.  To become a member you can fill out an application form which are available at all of our locations.  Your name, address, birth date and social insurance number are all the information required to purchase a membership. The Co-op collects your (SIN) because the law requires the Co-op to report patronage allocations that are made over $100.00 for income tax purposes. We keep all personal information regarding our memberships strictly confidential.You will purchase a one-time share for $5. You will then receive a Co-op number.
